Forget the new Zelda game coming out in November. THIS will blow that out of the water! And PQ is scheduled for release in August. So soon! Check out the preview here!

After watching it, tell me, is there one person among you not shivering with anticipation?

Sounds Awesome to me

That game sounds like it rocks. Perhaps because I am a peasant. Don't get any
Ideas plot. No Dragons for me please. Maybe others but not me.

*points out that you have to have a REALLY crappy pc to play the game*

Zelda is soooo much better :XP

Trogdor games rule...

Zelda games are going downhill, but this one shows promise... It's about time they make him an adult again. I'm getting tired of Nintendo's light-hearted link crap. We need more dark games to come from that company.

Agreed, Izlude. That last one looked like South Park. And they REALLY friggin need to do away with Tingle.

So, who would win, Link or Trogdor?

I'm a nerd.

Lots of things to say, so much anger towards Nintendo

*points to link as he kicks the crap out of Volvagia with the mega-ton hammer* (note: Volvagia is the Lava Dragon from Zelda: Ocarina of Time)

Link will always win...
Hero of Time > Dragons

And as a side note, "Zelda: The Wind Waker" was cell shaded and had a light-hearted touch, but there were dark parts to it and was a badass game.

I think it's still one of my faves, when I say the series is going down hill, I refer to several things:

1. Nintendo's marketing is STUPID. If you go to gamestop to buy and play Zelda: 4 Swords Adventure (4-player) and ALREADY HAVE A GAMECUBE, you will be looking to spend alot of money:

~Zelda:4 Swords - 49.99 (includes 1 link cable for the GBA)
~4 Gameboy Advances (USED versions of the original GBA) - 49.99 a piece.
~3 extra Link Cables for the GBA - 14.99 a piece
~1 Memory Card (if you dont have one already) - 29.99

SO, at worst, assuming all you have is a Gamecube, you'll be looking to spend 324.91 BEFORE TAX on one mediocre game...

This process was the same for Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles. All I have to say is "Nintendo, when did screwing over your fans for large sums of money become THIS disgusting?"

I can understand this from Microsoft, or Sony... BUT NINTENDO... Jesus...

2. (yeah, that first one was a long reason, eh?) They have been doing this rounded link crap for far too long.

3. Zelda and Metroid are the only series nintendo has that is considered "Serious" in some aspects... Just remember that those of us who arent 12 anymore are starting to want the games to grow up a little. If you want to appeal to a larger audience, dont hide under the guise that "Kids like this look" because thats utter B.S.! I work at gamestop and get kids coming in EVERY DAY looking to buy Counter Strike, Halo, Man Hunt, Grand Theft Auto... But I cant... because its rated M for mature... You know what they say to that? All the E games are crappy kids games. *Im looking at you Nintendo*

Well then, theres my board rant for the week... Hopefully...

Nintendo has two other "serious series" Star Fox, which took a plumet with this last adventure game that was WAY different than the awsome shooting flight adventure... AND F-Zero, which today is still cool, yet has no fan base, I wonder why that is?

I've also recently become a fan of Fire Emblem. Not cartoony. Challenging. It has a plot as intricate as Final Fantasy, but gameplay is better and not so monotonous. Pity they have only released one title in the states. I hear Japan has one or two more. Anyway, I know that they still have the potential to make quality stuff.

Still, Nintendo is no longer where it's at for me. I am eagerly awaiting the release of Blizzard's new consol game, Ghost. This is the entire reason that I have a Gamecube in the first place. Such things as Metroid Prime and Rouge Squad simply helped me to choose Gamecube over the other platforms. You know that game was supposed to release in March? I guess we know Blizzard isn't cutting any corners.

And I've given my original question more thought. The alternative was paying attention in chemistry. Anyway, I think who would win might depend on whether we're talking Young Link or Adult Link, as well as Man-form Trogdor or Dragon-form Trogdor.

Hmm... man-form Trogdor would be a good Sakura-Con costume. Now who to convince to do it? Can't be me, cause I'm doing something else: something actually anime-related this time.
