i hate a st. cat's story...but it was new year's and the border guard kept trying to turn my IRISH last name into a FRENCH name....one doesn't take kindly ......i mean honestly there are scottish canooks...look at ben ::POINTS::

I would be totally up for going to Canada not against my will this time. :D

Last time I really couldn't have gone to Canada. I had midterm on Monday and I didn't even own the book for the class. Leaving at about midnight Saturday for strip clubs was not how I intended to study for that test. Regardless I passed the midterm.

The best part of that trip was trying to find a good club that wasn't Super Sex, going up a flight of stairs and having some dude tell us "Not a bad place. 50 bucks for a h@nd job." We all turned around and walked out at that moment.

that reminds me of a funny story
i was in the army for 3 years and during my stationing in germany we went to prague in the czech republic as representitives of the army, think independence day for us
anyway, we got to go exploring one night and a group of people i knew went into a techno club and though it took them a minute they came to find out it was a gay techno club and they ran the hell out.
it was funny to hear the next day though

Ben has canada stories...we should make him share some...but they may not be as entertaining as he's canadian...and you know how THEIR kind of humor is...::snicker::

another fave...because it made me think of a mermaid going shopping

Aaawww... Cerulean in her finest comically-oversized, I-just-jumped-across-the-planes-and-I-have-to-steal-my-own-damn-clothes?! garb. If I wasn't swinging massive I would have felt right foolish in that jacket. However, little girls who swing massive are sexy. It's science.

that would have rocked to see!! a little turquoise girl swiming massive ..heheheheh...sometimes i really just want to watch the game instead of play

I agree with that. I miss way too much being in game the entire time.

To be fair, a large chunk of town DID see that particular encounter. It was right after the battle with the jotun, when the barbarians were all "uh, maybe the jotuns want her because she is one?" and attempted to find out. But I definitely feel you on the desire to see and experience everything at once. It's a testament to the quality of the game that everyone has something to do most of the time. Gotta keep y'all busy.

P.S. I'm not a jotun.

i swear sometimes i wanna make NPC tabards for the small ones...i mean we have a couple of skinny skeletal tabards but they're also tall making their pelvic bone down around their knees. heheheheh i wanna go find skeleton costumes for kids and get them for the wee girls!

problem is that the neckhole is bigger than your waist and shoulders...so i've still got my eye out for tiny skeletons

i saw a skeleton shirt but it glows in the dark and thats not good for sneaking
and i like to be sneaky sneaky when the sun goes down
an image of 4 of us chasing down the biata with the green and red feathers comes to mind this past september event
makes me wish i still had my army night vision goggles though :P

if they ever make night vision goggles that are small like the size of safety goggles and don't weigh a ton i am SO gonna try to buy some for NERO. i have zero night vision...but at the claremont site it was pretty good i only needed my flash light like twice or so

That's a good idea. I never thought of that. Hmmmm.

I'm not sure if you're kidding, so just in case you're not, night vision goggles (regardless of size) are not allowed. Sorry.

Gary

gary just likes to see me run into trees ::nodnod::HAHAHAHAHAH

dun worry i'm not gonna pull military covert nighttime operations on the PCs..plus what skeleton would be caught dead(pun?) with a pair of unrealistic goggles stuck to her skull??
