So, for everyone that's going to Sakura-con, I've got this idea. On Sunday of the con, we should dress up as our NERO characters and duke it out with boffers in the parking lot. We could also advertise NERO at the same time (I smell gobbies!)

Whaddya say?

It's a little for con programming I would imagine, but most cons are actually willing to set you with a demo of some kind. We did for RingCon and other cons in the SF Bay Area do it too.

Also, you could talk to me about flyers. You may also want to see if there are fan tables where you can leave flyers and always get permission to put up a flyer and make sure you are using a method that the hotel approves of.

Usually, I avoid cons with no boffer room. It is a sign the con is not yet self-aware :P

Jim speaks from extensive experience (sorry to out you :P ) He was Hotel Liason for the largest Sci-Fi/Fantasy Con in the SF Bay Area.

Set up a demo, contact both the Con and the hotel.

The hotel Manager will get very upset with the con if you go around stapling fliers to teak wall paneling. If you make sure what you're doing is okay with the hotel and the Con people, you can't really go wrong.
