This is for the Alliance Oregon May 4-7 long weekend event, Blood Sweat and Fears, at Camp Shepphard in Enumclaw, WA.

Event Fees
  • PC: $100.00 at the door, $80.00 if you pre-reg.
  • Advance page: $60.00 at the door, $50.00 if you pre-rg.
  • Page: $50.00 at the door, $40.00 if you pre-reg.
  • NPC: Free, NPC food is $20.00.

Names in red are considered only partial pre-regs, to be considered a full pre-reg you must include all pertinent information for your character ie. Spell memorization, magic item information and so forth.

Sent my prereg on the 21st via the logistics email. I even got the handy auto reply that it was received. Was it missed or should I resend?

Perhaps the list is only people who used the quick google.doc form linked in the first post?

Wait, did we completely switch over to the online form. I have been emailing my stuff in. Is logistics no longer accepting email submissions for prereg? I am leaving town in 2 hours until Saturday night. I will fill out the form just in case.

Your ever-loving plot team would like to announce that for this event only, there will be an additional logistics period during which you may do production and reset your skills and magic items. There will be no additional experience, however.

The logistics schedule:
  • Friday night - we are aiming for 9pm opening announcements with a soft lay-on of 10pm. For the purposes of the event, the town has been recently evacuated of most locals, and is inhabited by military and adventurers.
  • Saturday afternoon - Logistics on Saturday is scheduled for 4pm to 6pm.
  • Sunday morning - there will be a morning logistics scheduled for 10am to noon.
  • Sunday night - there will be a late night logistics window of 8pm to 10pm.

Please plan accordingly.

Be aware though for the purposes of event build you will be getting the normal expected amount of build one would traditionally get for a 3 day, aka 3 logistical periods worth.
