If you have a public event to suggest here is the place to do so. I know Sorroco has hosted such in the past.
At other Outposts, there are groups of crafts-folk / merchants who specify a Market Hour when they will all gather for safety, convenience, and advertisement of their wares at once, and I do wish someone would take up organizing that for our Adventurers.
