Resolved Possible Style Master Loophole

As I understand it, the intent is for a character to have a One Handed Edged/Blunt/etc. skill before they gain Florentine and the Two Weapon skill. However, Style Master does not have any sort of weapon skill prerequisite per the rulebook and the CMA. It gives Shield, Two Weapon, and Florentine. This may have the unintended consequence of a player wielding two weapons, having one removed (disarmed, broken, etc.), and being unable to use their left over weapon because they do not have One Handed Edged/Blunt/etc. Is this intended or should there be a weapon prereq of some kind?

Stylemaster does not grant the ability to use any weapons*.

If you purchase Stylemaster and no other weapon skills, the only thing you can use is a shield.

The Shield skill does not require that you have any other skill to be able to wield a shield, which is why Stylemaster does not have a prerequisite.

Buying Stylemaster grants you the ability to use two weapons, that you have purchased the skill(s) for, simultaneously, but does not, by itself, give you the ability to use any particular weapons*.

*except shield, which is only sometimes a weapon (but should never be used to hit people).
