As we look to bolster the end of our year, We would like to present the rarest of all games, a weekend, winter event with a large/fancy banquet. The event would be held at our camp Salie location, with multiple small, heated cabins with heated bathrooms and mess hall (with an industrial kitchen) the game would be a half and half with the portion from game on, until mid saturday being the usual modules and adventures, with the second half being a non-combat (or at least combat extremely unlikely!) banquet and an in game Auction of various things, as well as a chance to rub shoulders with recurring/important NPCs.
BUT we need to know when/if people would want to come, so please check you schedules and vote accordingly, we'd like to reserve a date two weeks from tommorow (friday).
To be clean for future questions, from an out of game stand-point there will be NO forced combat during the banquet portion, so less durable costumes can be worn (and pictures taken!)

(Hey, It'll always have a fond place in my heart for being my first larp event site. And if I can just keep Tazoulti from dieing humorously there again...)
