I said I'd post more information when it appeared, and here it is!
Lloyd the Conqueror is a Calgary-filmed LARP comedy, starring Brian Posehn, Harland Williams, and tonne of other awesome actors, will be having it's world premier here in Calgary as part of our international film festival!
There will be two screenings, on September 24th and October 1st. However, since the Underworld folk will be at a game on the 1st of October, we'll be going in garb for the very first screening! The film starts at 7:15pm.
This will be to promote both Underworld Kalidor and the newly formed Calgary Alliance LARPs. If we have flyers that could be brought to hand out for advertising and recruiting, that would be absolutely epic. The theatre is dead in the center of downtown, and it should be a blast!
