Alex, can you fill out the pre-reg form for NPCs on the website? To pre-reg (and get the perks for it!) as an NPC, you need an active membership - whether one event or for the year - and to fill out that form.

We have no minimum. We will run the game with who wants to play. I have a feeling that that PC list will grow a bit in the coming weeks.
