Healer's Guild of New Acarthia Meeting - May

Members and Aspirants to Membership of the Healer's Guild of Acarthia, be it known that in May of the year 414, at the Gathering of the Baronies, there will be a meeting of the Healer's Guild Friday evening at 11 bells.

We will discuss promotions, promotion requirements, local events, and duties as well as have the ability to volunteer for time slots in the Healer's Guild and turn in written reports from any Trials that you have undergone. If you are a member then this meeting is required if you are able to attend it and is strongly suggested for aspirants who have not yet completed their first Trial but wish to join.

These meetings will continue to be held Friday evening at 11 bells, at the will of Her Grace Duchess Tiberion, at each Baronial Gathering. If for some reason you are unable to attend–e.g., you are not arriving at the Gathering until Saturday–then please present yourself to the Healer's Guild at the earliest opportunity thereafter so that you can sign up for a slot and receive any other pertinent information.

That last posting of such a meeting also said aspirants to join were invited, but while moving to attend I was informed that was changed to members only, can i ask if this will not be the case or is there likely to be such a change again?

At most meetings we welcome Aspirants for all parts of the meeting except when Guild-sensitive information is being discussed. At the last meeting we were discussing sensitive information, but in the future we will try to allow Aspirants in for most of the meeting and then ask them to step out just for the sensitive matters rather than missing the whole meeting.
