costuming?

So I generally don't have any time to do much of my own sewing, and I've used the Museum Replicas site for a few odds and ends. http://www.museumreplicas.com/museumreplicas/

Are there any sites that other people might recommend, that aren't already on the national, Seattle or Oregon links pages? I'm hoping for a "this place is unheard of but they make great shirts" or something like that.

I've also been looking for a good site to buy or window shop for patterns through when I'm considering getting some pieces sewn for me. If anyone knows of a good site for that as well, I would be greatly interested to see it.

I got all of Alavatar's new costuming at http://www.dresslikeapirate.com

They are friendly and have some good (in my opinion) costuming. They are a bit unorganized, but they are based out of Portland so Oregon people might be able to just drive over and pick up merchandise rather then paying for shipping.
