Bow (long & short) tutorial

Hi everyone!

I've had several people ask me (since I have one) how to make an Alliance legal bow. I've asked around and no one seems to have a tutorial. Mine was made out a heated piece of PVC using a jig to flatten and shape it. Anyone else have other methods or a picture tutorial perhaps I could share with my players?

Do you have an image handy of the final product? I'm quite interested.
 
Its for my girlfriend. I think she is getting her roommate to help her make one. (I can make them pretty easily)
I'm more concerned at this point that we don't have any newbie friendly tutorials out there for such a basic weapon type.
 
HHhhhmmm. I was thinking about making a new bow and try some foam molding and Plasti dip things I have seen about. Maybe I can shoot a vid with my phone when I make the core.
