Honored people of Concordia, Valdanis and the recognized Kingdoms of the Realms,

Let it be known that in the tradition of King Daefell the annual formal dinner of Concordia will take place. The purpose of this dinner is to foster goodwill amongst our citizens, between our kingdom and others and to honor those who continue to serve our people. The affair will consist of a fine dinner prepared by Lady Gwen Sudicar, entertainment and diversions arranged by bardic college guildmaster Maxwell Moore, and an auction arranged by Lord Bob. The auction will consist of Magic Items, Ritual Scrolls, Components and items of presteige. Also in line with tradition the funds generated by this auction will go to a worthy cause. This years proceeds will go to fund both reconstruction efforts in Northpoint and also to fund refugee assistance programs for people displaced due to conflict and strife in the past year .

It is asked that all that can, please attend. This gathering is a celebration of our accomplishments, a dedication to our community and a ceremony to honor those heroes that have given much so that we may endure.

The dinner will commence on the 12th of March at the Duchal Manor in Concordia.

The dinner has always been something I hold near and dear to my heart and I will always wish to lend support to those displaced by their home. I wonder, will Duke Sinteel be in attendance? Also, as I am still far at seas time may be an issue, what time is the dinner set to comence and close? I would hate to rush only to arrive at the conclusion of the gather.

I know its not for the likes of me to demand a schedule, but I would humbly appreciate any information you might be willing to pass on.

I plan to auction off some rare metals and weapons I have created over time as well. I have posted most of the auctions in the main tavern in Fortanis. I could not think of a good way to reach all our audience. Please look to Fortanis to see the wonderful auctions that are being offered.

I look forward to seeing my friends again, gathered around a warm meal, and tradeing tales. I belive that one does not know what he has in friends until he relives his life over in his mind. It is clear that fighting, drinking, laughing, and bleeding alongside my fellows has become the longing of my heart, and my most cherished of memories. But enough of this babble, I'm sure many reflective tosts will be made on the twelth of next month.

How is the guestlist fairing for this dinner? I hope to bring gifts but alas am not sure who to expect.
 
I will be there for sure. I have many matters of business to attend to and many friends to see. I would however suggest Marcena taking an enslavment antidote when you return from Ebrindale.

I have been placed in charge of de entertainment. So I vill arrange some music, games and de like to keep all peoples happy and smiling!
I might even have a new song or two ready for de occasion. I hope da all vill come and share in de enjoyment.

Organized Games dat are to be held:

1. Shut the Box - for dose who encountered it, it is an addictive game to be sure. Dice and vooden tiles vith numbers. A very nice prize at de end, came and see vhat it is!

2. Chess Tournament - The tourny vill vork like dis. Dere vill be 2 tiers of 4 only, first come first served. Single elimination. If ve do not have enough people to complete two tiers of four, den dose in dat shortened tier will be cut from the tourny. (no free buys to de next round)

Der vill also be other games and such as vell.

Can't vait to see everybody!
