One additional comment on the logistics capabilities, with a potentially interactive user interface, I would suggest having the ability for the player to print our own cards and battle boards. If you elect to use this option as a player, if you don't bring your card, you can't play. This would save time/money of the logistics person. This would not work in all cases (e.g. those who need lots of tags) but I would like to be able to have access to my cards at any time.
Also, while we are adding to the wishlist, how about an iPhone app that includes a build calculator, an interface into the new database (to access your character), a dice-roller (for all those who forget d10's etc.), and all the rules built into it (think wiki-type instant index versus .PDF rulebook). This would get us away from a .PDF book, and more into an on-demand answer search. For example, pull up the app, type in "potion" and you are then presented with several "hits" relating to the word "potion." The data within the app could also be kept up to date with all the latest addendums, etc. I know there would be several people who would pay money for this type of app, even if it was only the rulebook functionality.
Just my $0.02.

EDIT: You could also build in a calendar function as well listing all of the Alliance events by chapter and date, so you can see both upcomming and past events (currently the calendar on the website does not show past events even for the current year).
