It has come to my attention that the current as written rules for how the Swarmed ability is supposed to function may not correctly represent how its to be used.
2.1 rb page 117 Swarmed by <number> <ability>
"Any card with this ability allows an npc to use the named ability when they are actively engaged ( approximately 10 foot range unless otherwise defined locally) by <number> or more foes."
What is the official definition of "actively engaged"? Under the current rules it could be interpreted that the only requirement is the paranticised section stating ( approximately 10 foot range.)
