Do goblin points ever expire?

Like rollover minutes have a certain time limit (6 months or a year).

Only if the chapter does.

i don't know of any chapter that does that. But I can say for certain HQ does not assign an expiration date to it's Goblin Stamps. We have players who come back 10 years later and start blanketing with Goblin Stamps they earned way back in the day.

Thats not entirely true. When Mass closed and I re-opened it a year later, we did not reset anyone goblin stamp totals.
Other chapters that had similar closing/ownerchanging/reopening situations have wiped everything.

Though typically, yes. If the chapter closes, your GS are gone. Otherwise i have not heard of any chapter saying that after X amount of time your goblin stamps are no longer valid.

So yeah. basically what they said.
