Accommodations​

We have the entire lower camp available this event, and we will also have tenting space available. Note that we will NOT be in Swanson / Valley View. Also note that, if you attended the lower camp event last season, this time we have all buildings on both sides (instead of just the one side), and the indoor restrooms have been completed in the Training Building. Additional latrine style stalls are available throughout all of lower camp. Refer to the Fred C. Andersen Scout Camp Map (above).

Main PC Sleeping Areas:
Adirondack 1-4 (32 beds)

Shared/Spillover Sleeping Area:
Adirondack 5 (8 beds)

Main NPC Sleeping Area:
Adirondack 6 (8 beds)

Note: All Adirondacks have power and heating.

Tavern, Main Kitchen, NPC Camp, Plot/Staff Sleeping Area:
Training Building

Logistics:
Training Building (Back Door)

Logistics will be set up at the back door to the training building so we don't block that entry space to tavern door.

Secondary Shared Sleeping Area, Secondary Kitchen:
Good Medicine (Upstairs, 32 Beds)

Note: Good Medicine has a range and fridge but no running water (similar to Valley View).

Indoor Mod Spaces:
Shelter 1, 2, 3, Van Krevelen, Good Medicine (Downstairs)

Many PCs usually have food and beverages for sale for in game coin as well.

Logistics​

The Alliance Minnesota Logistics team has some requests to ensure check-in progresses smoothly for everyone:

1. Get completely dressed in-character before you check-in! This is extra important if you are checking in late.
2. Bring all weapon reps you intend to use to be safety checked. Every weapon rep will be safety checked.
3. Bring a small sampling of your packets if you intend to use packets this event. We will be checking packets for size, contents, and overall safety.
4. Bring all magic item reps and magic item tags with you, every registered magic item will be checked.
5. Put on all racial reps, costuming, and armor you wish to have evaluated for race requirements and armor points.
6. If you are a new player:
   
   1. See one of our New Player Representatives before check-in; they will ensure you have everything you need before approaching the logistics table.
   2. If you are a new player and arrive late, ask anyone to point you to any member of staff and we will sort you out as soon as we are able!

Fees ​

Payable via PayPal or Zelle (Preferred) to gm.alliancemn@gmail.com, you may also pay cash on site.

• PC: $75.00 ($90.00 if Payment and/or Pre-Registration in the CMA is not completed by 11:59pm CDT Sunday, May 5th 2024)
• NPC: $20.00 ($30.00 if Payment and/or Pre-Registration in the CMA is not completed by 11:59pm CDT Sunday, May 5th 2024)

2024 Season Membership: $10.00 (Paid by all PCs and NPCs at check-in of the player's first event of the 2024 season.)

NOTE: If you are a new Alliance player, your first two events are half-cost! Additionally, your 2024 Season Membership Dues are waived for the first game you attend!
