Proposed by ARC 5-17-23
Summary: As the effect of this ritual has been brought into the main archery rules, ARC does not see a need for it, and was not successful in devising a replacement that was well-balanced against the wide reagent and difficulty cost spread. We would like to remove the ritual and plan to explore other Quiver targeting rituals in the near future.
Existing instances of this ritual would be eligible for trade-in using the 1.3-->2.0 conversion rules and point values.
Vote: Rules Proposal from ARC for 2.1 [PASS]
The following chapters voted for this policy: NEPA, Atlanta, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Gettysburg, Wisconsin, Denver, Chicago
The following chapters voted against this policy: None
Synopsis of Conversations: The only discussion surrounding this proposal was disappointment expressed regarding the lack of a replacement ritual. It was pointed out that replacements were mainly developed in the form of Superior Equipment.
