Since I cannot edit my previous post.

Per the scroll:

May ritual be cast at higher level for greater effect? No Valid target: Physical Special Notes: The following Warder Glyphs cannot be Spellcrafted: Confine, Dragon's .Breath, Death, and Vengeance.[/quote}

This states that I can't cast at higher level for greater effect. That means Base Difficulty only. So Magic delivery of levels 1-3. It specifies the other spells cannot be spell crafted.

Are we allowed to spellcraft at higher levels and not be able to spellcraft Confie, Dragon's Breath, Death and Vengeance? Or can we only spellcraft Magic delivery of levels 1-3?

As stated on the Ritual text, it may only be spellcrafted at the base level. The "Special Notes" are somewhat redundant in that case.
