Thought I should tell someone.

I saw the weirdest thing the other night as i sat in front of Jara's tavern.

Ya see the place was pretty empty and quite. Then suddenly this man... I think it was a man.. Wearing a blue hooded cloak walked into that earth circle thing.

Whats so odd about it is he had some kind weird light in his hand. It seemed to light up the area around him but it was dark like a shadow. I couldn't figure out what it was.

Then he sat down and it looked like he started casting one of thoughs ritual things. I couldn't tell exactly what he was doing so i got up and tried to get closer.

By the time i got close enough to see what he was doing he got up and quickly walked away and left that weird light where he had sat down.

I wasn't brave enough to figure out what it was so i just left, but i think it's still there.

I really don't understand what he did but i figured i should tell someone since Jara is off on some vaction or something.

I thank you for informing me, and others, of this strange happening. You were brave to have even watch from a distance a strange figure casting a ritual, for he is no doubt a powerful individual. If there are any details that you are able to give beyond you previous description I would be most grateful, it is troubling to know that some unknown identity was utilizing the Earth Circle for Ritual Magic. Again, I thank you for your service to us all, together we should be able to investigate this further and get to the identity of the individual.

Is the light still there? I would like to know if it has moved and if it is still glowing. I have been staying at home and father away from BriarPass. Would someone please let me know.
