Can you combine Powerful Meditation and Quicken Meditation for a 3 second recovery of a battle magic spell that hit a defense?
Or is Powerful Meditation limited to the standard rules of Meditation?

Powerful Meditation allows you to meditate a skill that had a defense called against it.

Normally, if an ability has a defense called against it, it may not be meditated back, with the exception of Signature Spells (and Channelling in 2.1).

Using a charge from a Quicken Meditate would allow you to complete that Meditate in 3 seconds.
