As a courtesy and reminder to any and all interested parties and to Lord Eli for likely forgetting that the below is true:
There is something that those interested in obtaining this scroll and catalyst should be aware of, and keep in mind when making offers, should payment be arranged:
Because Tarndale Law does not cover this particular subject, Andar Law will take precedence.
Unless one holds sufficient title in Andar, due to the nature of this ritual and its obvious implications for potential to permanently kill someone, and its intended use (Capital Punishment), it is illegal to own or be in possession of this ritual scroll and or catalyst unless you are of sufficient Noble rank. Lord Eli currently meets this criteria as he holds title in Andar.
If you are found to be is possession of this scroll and or catalyst, and you do not hold sufficient rank or title in Andar, it will be confiscated and sent to his Majesty the King, with no payment or reimbursement rendered to the possessor.
