“Rumor has it that Queen Pavia plans to attend Atupal over Crossing Day for a special occasion. Do you think she’ll announce the next Duke of Passwall there?”
“Her head scribe said she would, right?”
“I thought about going inside one of those strange pink spheres… but then realized things out here have been pretty good lately–that and the guards posted preventing me from going in anyway.”
“This is probably the first time in years of being in the Atish Militia that we haven’t responded to any Carbuncle attacks. No complaints here!”
“Whatever happened to that Orphanage in Puxil Cove? One day it was there and the next, completely abandoned.”
“That’s a good thing, right? All those orphans must have gotten adopted!”
“Seeing those six pink stars in the sky all the time is really neat… and terrifying.”
“I look forward to seeing all the Crossing Day contests in Atupal. If I’m honest, I look even more forward to the consumption of the drinks and food portions!”

“I loved seeing the new lineup for the theatre shows this year. I’m excited for some returning plays: Ballad of Emperor Thaddeus, Draco Ardel: A Knights Tale, A Song of Waves and Ruin, A Rose Blossoms.”
“It’s a shame the Bridge to Rathfall couldn’t be opened this year, but I heard it was due to the land itself waging war on the people or something. Hope things go well for ‘em, but we got enough problems of our own to deal with thanks to all those pink zones appearing.”
