Not a marshal but the answer is in the ARB.
ARB page 97:
A Killing Blow cannot be Dodged, Parried, or otherwise avoided through Game Abilities or spells. It will bypass all Dumb Defenses (see the Defensives section for details) such as Weapon Shield.
Pretty sure Resolute is a Game Ability and therefore can't be used.
Additionally, a KB doesn't need to be administered via a weapon either; a KB be given with Bare Hands (following safety rules, naturally, see also ARB pg 97) which aren't even legal weapons.
Resolute and killing blow
Can you resolute a killing blow if you are still able to use in game abilities? I was thinking restrained but not incapacitated any other way.
