Question about first event

Going to my first event this weekend and my friend and I both have our characters decided but we want to know if we need to bring a physical copy of our sheets with us. My friend has LARP'd before and says usually there is a website that keeps track of everything your character has that you guys can access and pull up. I wasn't sure if the same thing is true for you guys so I thought I'd ask what you prefer. Thanks!

If you have been corresponding with our logistics team and they have the character you’ve made, you are good to go, and will receive a copy of your sheet at check in. (This is the case at each game, not just your first.) If you don’t yet have a character in our system, having your planned build written down will greatly speed up getting your character made on site.
