I have been sitting on, and using this scroll in many lands for spell crafting usage. With the war spinning up in the Northlunds and the increasing likelihood that I will no longer travel outside of my own Barony in the foreseeable future I thought I would put this up for offers.
I am willing to handle the hiring of a courier to hand deliver this to you and return with the funds but as this is one of my personal favorite items in my library I would wish to fetch a sufficient price for an item of such pristine usage.
The scroll allows for the use any three different types of components, which is very useful for the purposes of spell crafting.
