  • PC Pre-Registered before Deadline (11/1/2019) - $70
  • PC Pre-Registered after Deadline (11/1/2019) - $90
  • NPCing - Free
  • Players 8-13 years old - $40 . Players under 8 years of age not permitted
  • Food Cost: add $20
  • Second PC Blanket - add $20

Payment Notes:
  • Meal Plan is only available to those who both Pre-Register and Pre-Pay. You must do *both* prior to the Pre-Registration deadline, or you will not be able to participate in meal plan. Both PCs and NPCs may participate in the meal plan.
  • You may send in your payment for the event fee early as well. Payments can be sent to paypal@alliance-seattle.com

  • If you're a New Player, please contact our New Player Representative Evan Rawson at newplayer@alliance-seattle.com
  • Please fill out the Notes section as prompted in the CMA. Examples are provided as to how I would like you to format your entries. The Meal Plan question is required by both NPCs and PCs!
  • If you are a caster, you will need to make a Memorization List. The CMA will prompt you on how to do this, but if you'd like assistance, please contact us at logistics@alliance-seattle.com

November LARP Menu:

Turkey Dinner: Turkey breast, green beans, mashed potatoes, herbs, gravy, cranberry sauce
Pumpkin Pie: Pumpkin pie, whipped cream

Mushroom Leek Frittata: Eggs, cheese, mushrooms, leeks, goat cheese, bacon.

Pork Loin with Apple Stuffing: Pork loin, apples, onion, garlic, cranberry, cinnamon butternut squash.
Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake: Chocolate cake, salted caramel frosting.

Sunday:
Muffins Assorted muffins, bananas
DRINKS Water bottles, coffee, gatorade
