Magic Mirror near the corner of Garfield and South Airport. Hocus Pocus downtown on Front Street may have them as well, but I generally go to Magic Mirror.
For weapon materials I'm a fan of Ace Hardware near Chum's corners, or paying someone else to make stuff!
