Legacy Chapter Character Transfer?

Hello,

I am super late to this party, and I'll try to keep this short.

I have a character in a legacy (closed) chapter (Oregon).

Am I allowed to request it be moved to a current, operating Alliance chapter?

If so, how would I go about starting that process? I don't see an option in the CMA to change my home chapter myself, so hoping I can find help here.
