[.11] Herbal Lore not Stealth?

I just realized something while going through the skills.

First Aid and HA are Scholar skills, as is Read Magic. While I realize that Educated isn’t, and probably shouldn’t be, I’m not sure why the Alchemy pre-req, Herbal Lore, that has a corresponding Rogue discount isn’t classified as a Stealth skill for Stealth XP.

Was this intentional?
