Halloween/Samhain/harvest festival/ whatever

So, a while back I was talking about the possibility of having a Halloween party with all of the decorations and costumes and everything. Well, life interfered (what with the new car and all) and I had ropped it. didn't announce it farther or anything... seems some people took "possibility" to mean "a definite thing" and were asking me about it this past weekend...

OK...

So, I guess some people will be coming over. Don't expect a big to-do, though. I will get a few snacks, but would appreciate it if people brought something and to share as far as drinks and snackies. Korray will be in attendance, for those of you who are concerned about such things.

The big to-do will be the Yule party on the 18th. Come dressed to honor the return of the sun as the longest night of the year approaches. Stay up all night and welcome the dawn! More later!

Have fun all, I will not be able to attend... so have a little extra fun for me.

This isn't directly aimed at anyone. Honest. :)

I'll make this post abbreviated for ya. It's nice to have someone so compact in the group. Easilly stored in an adventurer's pack. Very handy if you need something smaller than a dwarf because you are pressed for carry-on space. It's amazing how little space is taken up and you will even notice they will fit in the low storage space beneath your feet on the most crowded galley. Now don't fret if that's taken, because being nearly pocket-sized they will fit in a slight rucksack without needing to be sawed-off. Just remember that we don't slight our small friends. We in fact adore the tiny details and don't let the smallest items pass without commenting on how we love it.

I mean literally- They are so much fun to be around it reminds me of being a kid again.

I just want to say WEE! when I'm around them.

~Barry

PS- Love ya Jaq. :)

you know.. you're really not very short. and you'll grow. no worries.

Aeris:

They are just jealous, they are so big bulky and clumsy sometimes they really do wish they were your size. Dont let them fool you.
Ok, so they wont admit it, but its true....

Guys, you better quit messing with her or she'll get BOTH guilds after your butts:
Both Earth and Lolipop!!

Jeff
who has never been short in his life :D

lollipop? what is that...I am confused I am two guilds?

Jacquelyn (I is not short!)

Apparently short *and* young. Have you never seen "The Wizard of Oz"?

"We represent the lillipop guild!
The lollipop guild!
The lillipop guild!
And in the name of
The lollipop guuuiiilllld!
We'd like to welcome you to Munchkin Land!"

yes I have seen the wizard of oz...but it has been a while.

You know, I'd almost pay to see you two set her off at an event and watch her necro your butts into the ground. Of course, there'd be the obligatory corrective measures afterward, but the popcorn sales would probably be worth it.
