This is the place where we will set up our schedule for 2012.

April 21st- Tavern Night
May- 11-12 Weekend Event
June- 15-16 Weekend Event
July- 13-14 Weekend Event
August- 24-15 Weekend Event
September- 14-15 Weekend Event
October- TBD (likely 19-20) Weekend Event

Not enough Tavern nights in my opinion.

says the surly Dwarf..... ;)

Event dates are set for 2012!

We will be at the Lion Youth Camp. This place is wicked! We have 9, 8 person cabins (heated), a 48 sleeper "bunk house" (this will be Monster Camp and NPC sleep area), a 50x80' Hall with commercial grade kitchen, heated showers and massive play spaces. Pics of the area will be up on our website soon.

Costs for the weekend will be $50 per person ($40 for NPCs) plus we will have group meals prepared for an additional $25. Costs will be firmed up as we get closer to the event.

Just curious - your weekend events list the days for Friday and Saturday.... are you running Friday night to Sunday morning?

Yes. The site is reserved until Sunday afternoon.

Calgary, mainly Cory; please PM me when you have solidified your dates in Feb, March, April, Oct, Nov and Dec so that we can update the Alliancelarp.com calendar.

Already sent and updated! :ninja:

Regarding your tavern/masquerade events, do these count as day events or mod events? I may be interested in doing a buyback donation, but I need to know how many Gobbies I need. =) Thanks!

I believe they are considered faire days if I remember my email questions.

Yes, they are Faire Days, not Mods.
