Parking
You may park in the area highlighted blue (P) please leave the lower parking lot clear.
bathrooms/showers are #19 highlighted purple on the map. There are other bathrooms around site. See map
Player cabins will be Tipi and Cherokee light green on the map.
NPCs and staff will stay in the Cooks Cabins yellow on the map #9 and #10.
The Mushys Mug N' Munch is #12 on the map (dining hall)
3:00 PM: Staff Arrive
5:00 PM: Site Opens to Players
6:30 PM: Logistics Opens
9:25 PM: Logistics Wrap-Up
9:30 PM: Opening Ceremonies
10:00 PM: Lay-On!

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner will be served, as well as snacks.

Logistics
Please pay attention to the following:
We will be checking armor, weapons, spell books, tags, etc. Please have everything with you ready for game on when coming to logistics. Get completely dressed and ready before you check-in! This is extra important if you are checking in late. PLEASE FINISH YOUR LOGISTICS CHECK IN AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE! After 10pm you may pick up your packet from the Logistics desk.
Bring all weapon reps you intend to use to be safety checked. EVERY weapon rep will be safety checked.
Bring all magic item reps and magic item tags with you, every registered magic item will be checked. Any magic items not registered in the CMA may not be used.
Put on all species reps, costuming, and armor you wish to have evaluated for species requirements and armor points.
New Players
See a member of our Plot Team or head of rules before check-in; they will ensure you have everything you need before approaching the logistics table and answer any questions you may have.
If you are a new player and arrive late, ask anyone to point you to any member of staff and we will sort you out as soon as we are able.
Fees/Payments/Donations
Payable via PayPal or Cash at game. Please use the EMAIL you used in the CMA.

PC: $70 ($80 if Payment and Pre-Registration in the CMA is not completed by 11:59pm Friday April 19th)
NPC: FREE But please remember to register in the CMA! Or you won't be credited for the game.
2025 Season Membership: $20.00 (Paid by all PCs and NPCs.) This last for the entire year "2025" and is a once a year payment.
New Players discount: If you are a new player to Alliance, your First game is only $20 Additionally, your 2025 Season Membership $20 is still due.
