A question about claws

I was setting up my first character earlier today and ran into a question about claws.
For my Sarr if I buy claws once and also buy Florentine does this mean I can wield a claw in each hand for a normal of one each?
I thought it might work this way because in claw it says ? this skill may be used in conjunction with Florentine, Two Weapons, or Style Master? A player with these skills can also use two claws if desired.? But my friend Brett was casting some doubts in my mind at work today as to whether I had to buy claws once or twice to use two claws. So I thought ask someone that would know better than either of us.
 
You buy claw once to be able to use them. You buy florentine to use two claws at once.

Mind, claws never get bigger than a dagger for PCs.
