Not true as you need to sell back other skills to be able to take away the EBs. If you had 20 EBs that would be level 120 so one temper wouldn’t touch that. Not that there is anyone that js 120 but you get my point. It’s not just EB but what ya take to get there

Ya need Ya need 60 per so I’d think refunding 60 per would make the most sense. There are other skills you take that you wouldn’t necessarily take otherwise to get higher level skills which you wouldn’t get refunded for. That would be my suggestion but I’m just a dumb fighter lol
