If you're in southern Washington like Vancouver, there is also Alliance Oregon which primarily plays off of the coast in Warrenton, Oregon. Lots of crossover between Seattle and Oregon.

This is how I built my Earth adept when I was playing with a United Blow build. Only one 9th for my Rebirth (which wouldn't be required now in .12) and then I just built out a fat-bottomed pyramid for lots of 20, 30 and 40 Body attacks. It was super fun.

"Healed" has been used as an LCO verbal out here on the west coast for a while. It is just a quality of life verbal used when a non-standard healing effect heals a target, the "Healed" call does nothing in-and-of itself and has no effect or qualifier. Example: You are an NPC playing a golem...
