Jack of All Trades, in my opinion, is a magical effect that negates the requirement for Educated. It specifically indicates that it allows identification, so I would definitely say that yes, JoaT allows you to identify even if you do not have Educated.

I also agree that they would work together.

Update: I have removed the section that included the Love and the Love 9 effects because, thankfully, they have been entirely removed from the game with the 2.0 ruleset.

Correct, you cannot layer two different armor tags together -- you must pick which one you are wearing. In your example, the player would need to choose the 60-pt unenchanted suit or the 20-pt enchanted suit. Similarly, you cannot stack both real armor and AA.

Absolutely. My own United Blow build had a couple of these, along with Surprise Attack for when they tried to rip out of the pins and binds shackles I threw at 'em. My spell build was a super wide pyramid and it was ultra fun to play.

BS/BAs are included, this thread is just about WPs in particular. We haven't forgotten our backstabby buddies.

FWIW, @Ken is working on the code to be able to purchase WPs without having to manually purchase the CAs first. I do not believe it is deployed yet.

What is going on here is that it is twice as expensive to upgrade a series of Critical Attacks into a Weapon Prof. It is three build for a Fighter to do so and six for a Spellsword. The cost for a Critical Attack for both classes is the same at three XP. Example: Fighter has spent nine XP on...
