Your big problem is gonna be that Western is steampunk just less fantasy and more American. They have very similar style choices in clothing so its easy to make one into the other. I would have to ask more of what you are looking for character wise than style wise.

From what I understand from my few communications with The Nexus Games is that there is not exact set time for these events in order to prevent time crunching and inevitable delays. So for Post Lunch Saturday, it would be sometime after lunch is served on Saturday.
