With Seamus 'Skipper' Miranda in our custody these past few months, we've taken the opportunity to glean as much information as we can from him. Through a combination of Empowered Vision and Lore rituals, we have the following information to share. We ask that this information be treated with care, so that it does not accidentally fall into the hands of those who would see Gavaria brought to ruin.
Skipper has six magic items on his person. All of them are Permanent and thus also Spirit Locked to him.
His Sword has a Race Reaver for each of the Noble Races of the land, a Once per Day Strength from Guile, an Empower Warrior, and three per day Earth 9 Memory Strikes.
His Shield is a Stalwart Shield with 10 Earth Spell Store 9s, and 8 Retributions per day.
His armor is an 8 times per day Mystic Smith, 8 times per day Fortify Armor, and a Temper Armor.
His Earing has 14 Celestial Spell store 9s, three times ever Sorcerous Triage First Aid, and three times ever Sorcerous Triage Rebirth.
His Spirit has a Regeneration and a Vengeance upon it.
His final magic item is the most interesting, but also leaves many unanswered questions. We noted a black amulet he is wearing, bearing a likeness similar to that of Shar Zaal. When we attempted to cast a Vision on this amulet specifically, we were meat with deafening silence, from our own vision. However, the caster of the Vision was in turn targeted with a Vision ritual from an unknown source. In this Vision they were informed that all the rituals on the amulet are of an Artifact Aspect, except the Obfuscate, which is of an Earth Aspect.
His Body, while not under any active ritual effects, is also somewhat unusual, though we cannot conclusively identify how without removing his Prison. We suspect this to be related to the Artifact Rituals on his Amulet.
This information is of course invaluable and the crown thanks the Atupali once again for their support and their victory in bringing in this treasonous criminal. A special thanks to Lord Dramthin Hartsboon for his efforts in the matter specifically.
