The entrance is next to a small lake at coordinates 40.5692° N, 75.9870° W

There is a main lodge buildings with about 10 bunk rooms. Most hold 4-6 people, but there are a few larger ones available (one will probably be used for NPC bunks.) I don't have the specifics for each one yet, but I'll be on site early to get that all sorted out.
