Desecrate and Massive

If I am fighting a living creature that swings Massive, and I am desecrated, do I take the damage or call no effect?
 
This post is to inform you that your question is currently being discussed by the ARC and once some clarification has been made will be posted here. Depending on the level of clarification and discussion (and potential involvement of the Owners or other national staff, if needed) this may take time.
 
Massive has a specific defined list of defenses that can be used against it, and Desecrate does not clearly state that it can be used against Massive. Massive wins! (and will in every case where a defense is not specifically noted to work against Massive).
