Eviscerate

Okay, I understand that after 4 Critical Attacks you can give them up to buy 1 Weapon Proficiency.

Now I am at 4 Weapon Proficiency and I know I don't need to give them up to get 1 Eviscerate.
But my question is does Eviscerate buy like Weapon Proficiency, once every 4.
or
can I buy an Eviscerate every time I have the build after I have 4 Weapon Proficiency.

I ask because unlike the wording Critical Attack, Parry ,Riposte, or Slay there is no limiter built into the wording. I.E. "A (skill) may be purchased for every (2 or 4) Weapon Proficiencies...."

It is the latter in your list. You must have four Weapon Proficiencies before you may purchase an Eviscerate.

To be clear, you need 4 Weapon Proficiencies for every Eviscerate you buy. You can only buy 1 Eviscerate if you have 4 profs, 2 Eviscerates if you have 8, etc. It's similar to Slay in that respect, though Slay is every 2. Page 50 of the 1.3 rulebook spells out how these purchases work.
