    Can these ritual modifications be used to reduce a rituals cost such that you can eschew a component listed on the scroll. For instance if you had a scroll with 'Nightshade, Nightshade, Fangtooth, Penna, Penna' listed on it, could you use True Conservation to use only 3 of those? Thanks, Todd
