Technically, Yes. However, if I water it down a bit I can enjoy a glass of cider without negative side effects. Don't worry, though, I'll be bringing plenty of tea.

I'm a little allergic to apples (or possibly common pesticides used on apples) but it's no big deal to avoid 'em. Most recipes containing apple have the word "apple" in the title or are obvious.

I dunno. I'm not sure what your local definition of "heavy" is. As far as I know these were built by-the-book and they're definitely wieldable.
