Is there an indivual whom i can contact to discuss any bacon purchases the people of the land may want?

I used to make bacon deliveries to the good people of the land (nps). Lady Zat used to donate for the bacon is there anyone who would like to fill in for her in regards to bacon deliveries to towns people? (Npcs)
