The game will be taking place in Stillrun on the Island of Tanaryn. This is not in Andar. If you haven't played in an Oregon event in the last seven years you would be unfamiliar with the location. But you'd still be able to find it and enjoy the game!

Mend I summon a force to mend your armor. Immediately repair a damaged suit of armor as if it had been repaired by a blacksmith. If the armor was breached it is repaired at 2 less armor points as normal.

If players are being allowed to cast wards prior to game-on why can they not cast pre-casts. And while they're at it fill their spell store items with whatever spell it can fit. If those with 9th level celestial are being able to pre utilize their game skills why not those with production...

Food is an all in or out deal. I still advise that people bring snacks and in-between time drinks. If you don't want a meal feel free to give (ie sell) it to someone else.
