Makeup:
-Mehron makeup, preferably liquid, but we are also taking cake (Paradise and Starblend). We will not accept oil-based makeup, as it is too messy and is more likely to stain costumes. Standard range of colors: white, black, red, yellow, blue, green, gray, brown. If you'd like to donate a non-standard color (pink, purple, orange) please contact me first.
-Sponges
-Q-tips
-Brushes (think small paintbrushes or makeup brushes)
-Cold Cream
-Baby Wipes (sensitive types only, please. High alcohol content starts to burn after a few uses.)
-Spirit gum and remover
Racial Needs:
-Dwarf Beards (the higher the quality, the higher the goblin stamp amount)
-Biata feathers
-Sarr masks and tails
-Child of Autumn vines/leaves/nature pattern clothing
-Elf ears from http://aradanicostumes.com/elfears.php, preferably type E, unpainted. (also, some Graftobian brand RMG makeup to paint ears, in white and black)
-Horns from the same site, preferably black.
Weapons:
If you'd like to make weapons for our campaign, please keep in mind that we only accept ultralights for long weapons!
Contact us, especially to see if we need claws or standard colored weapons.
Please keep blunts, two-handed swords, polearms, staffs, wands and bows in mind, as well as non-circular shields.
Please keep the min-length stuff to a minimum! (ha, ha.)
Costumes:
Tabbards are always welcome, and we have specific dimensions that we're looking for.
Unhemmed tabbards won't be accepted. A tabbard pattern (dimensions and instructions) has been created, and we will only accept tabbards that conform to those standards. Email crossroadsprops@gmail.com for a copy.
Before you start, please contact me to see what colors/sizes we're looking for! We will need black, white, green, gray, red, blue, yellow, brown, and blue to start. We are hoping to start with 15-20 of each color.
General garb is also needed. If you're making the garb yourself, we'd appreciate drawstring pants and skirts, so they'll fit a range of people.
We'll need:

Belts (brown and black only, please, and as in-period as you can find. Ring belts are a plus because they fit a wide variety of people.
Packets:
Spell packets, alchemy packets and arrows!
When you turn them in, please have a count. Check the rulebook for packet rules (including length of arrow ribbon!), nothing that's got illegal filling or is the wrong size will be accepted.
Armor:
Leather armor must be 8 oz or heavier, and please use buckles rather than snaps.

Chainmail and metal armor will also be accepted, value to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
*Please donate things you'd want to play in: no sharp edges, pinch points, etc.*
We will also be taking cash-type donations. If you'd like to donate the cost of materials for a particular item (like a pair of greaves or a longsword), email crossroadsprops@gmail.com for the amount. If you'd rather donate a gift card, Home Depot, Lowe's and Joanne's as well as Tandy Leather gift certificates are probably the best ones, or a Visa gift card if you want to make it easy
Please, before you bring donations to an event, email us to make sure someone will have room in a car to take the stuff home! If you order things online, you can have them shipped straight to us, just contact us for the appropriate address.
