  1. All votes specified within these bylaws, excluding those pertaining to ARC proposals and Veto actions, shall necessitate a two-thirds majority of those voting to be deemed approved.
  2. An ARC vote shall be deemed approved unless the number of votes cast against it exceeds fifty percent (50%) of the eligible voting membership.

Section 3.4: Other Membership Status Changes

Current:

Section 4.3: Voting

Synopsis of conversations: This was a follow-up to conversations regarding the need for veto of the previous Symposium vote, along with brief conversation regarding how to simplify votes without reducing the ability of Alliance Rules Committee to carry out their duties.
