if you have a buckler (or other strap based shield that doesn't have a handle) and a two handed weapon, can you use both of them at once? what about bows and bucklers? -lukas

i looked through the rulebook, and it mentions your armor rating and how to calculate it, but, as far as i can tell, not what it does. if this could be clarified for me that would be greatly appreciated.

Can you play a human? like just a basic one with no abilities (i assume), or do you have to choose from one of the other races?
