Hi Players,
Unfortunately there has been some confusion in regards to whether or not artifacts carried by PCs are allowed.
For clarification: Artifacts are not allowed to be brought in as Magic Items by the PC player base to the National Event.
For the Magic Item Policies for Nationals:

Artifacts are not considered standard magic items, or standard effects.
As per National Policy, Artifacts are only allowed at events wherein both the releasing and accepting chapters have both agreed to release and accept said artifact.
